...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1130 AM CST THIS MORNING...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Louisiana, including the following
parishes, East Baton Rouge, Iberville, Livingston and West Baton
Rouge.
* WHEN...Until 1130 AM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 928 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Baton Rouge, Denham Springs, Plaquemine, Port Allen, Oak
Hills Place, St. Gabriel, Addis, Brusly, Westminster,
Inniswold, Gardere, Merrydale, Village St. George,
Shenandoah, Old Jefferson, Brownfields, Greenwell Spring and
Watson.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
