HAZARDS...A band of heavy snow accompanied by winds of 20 MPH which
can rapidly reduce visibility to less than one mile.

LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 1138 AM CST, a band of heavy snow was
along a line extending from Rockport to 6 miles south of Hopkinsville
and moving east at 40 MPH.

THIS BAND OF HEAVY SNOW WILL BE NEAR...
  Hartford around 1155 AM CST.
  Russellville around 1215 PM CST.
  Morgantown around 1220 PM CST.

SAFETY INFO... 

Drivers should prepared for brief reductions in visibility to one 
mile or less and short-lived snow accumulations on bridges and 
similar elevated roadway surfaces.
