Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

There is a low probability of low-visibility snow showers Friday 
that may affect travel plans. Overnight wind chills could dip to 
near zero in the ridges and into the single digits across lowland 
areas Friday night through the weekend.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

There is moderate confidence in accumulating snow of 3+ inches 
beginning Thursday night through Friday night. A Winter Weather 
Advisory may be needed. Overnight low wind chills could dip to the 
negative single digits Saturday and Sunday mornings.
