Ontario scientists are using caterpillars to combat an invasive aquatic plant
To control one of the region's worst invasive plants, scientists are releasing special caterpillars in wetlands around Ontario, including in Hamilton. The caterpillars eat phragmites, a reed that takes over ecosystems.
