...Patchy to Areas of Frost Tonight...

Dry air, clear skies, and light winds will allow air temperatures
to cool quickly tonight. Patchy frost is expected in sheltered 
hollows and low-lying open countryside away from rivers and other bodies
of water. More extensive areas of frost are expected in the high 
elevation hollows near the Virginia-Kentucky border and the rural 
farmland of Morgan, Magoffin, Johnson and Elliott counties.
