NORTHEASTERN JEFFERSON OH, NORTHWESTERN WASHINGTON, SOUTHWESTERN 
BEAVER, BROOKE AND HANCOCK COUNTIES...

At 550 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Toronto, or 5 
miles north of Weirton, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
  Weirton, Steubenville, Toronto, Mingo Junction, Follansbee, New 
  Cumberland, New Manchester, Empire, Stratton, Frankfort Springs, 
  Sun Valley, Tomlinson Run State Park, East Steubenville and 
  Raccoon Creek State Park.
