* At 303 PM CDT, a cluster of severe thunderstorms was located near
  Isle Derniers, moving south at 5 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Isle Derniers.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
