AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Allen OH County in west central Ohio...
Southern Putnam County in west central Ohio...
Van Wert County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 215 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 143 PM EDT, Most of the heavier showers and thunderstorms had
come to an end. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall is expected to be less than one quarter of an
inch.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lima, Van Wert, Delphos, Bluffton, Fort Shawnee, Spencerville,
Columbus Grove, Elida, Pandora, Convoy, Ottoville, Ohio City,
Spencerville In Allen County, Middlebury, Middle Point, Cairo,
Fort Jennings, Harrod and Beaverdam.
