1) An active weather pattern continues with episodic showers and
thunderstorms beginning Wednesday afternoon, lasting through the
foreseeable future. Near normal temperatures are expected to be found
for daytime highs, with overnight lows being above normal.

.DISCUSSION...
KEY MESSAGE 1)
A weak s/w passing through srn CWA Wed afternoon will combine with
daytime heating to bring a chance of showers to the se half of the
CWA into Wed evening. S/w energy ahead of the next upper trough will
push east and into the CWA Thurs night, bringing the next chance of
activity. The trough broadens as its parent circulation tracks
northeast on Friday, but lingers over the region through about
Sunday. This scenario makes it necessary to keep some shower activity
in the CWA during this time.
Given the expected increase in cloud cover during the day and
increased moisture overnight, highs are progged to be near normal,
and lows above normal through the forecast period.

.AVIATION /12Z MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY/...
A few hours of MVFR cigs will develop after daybreak and then
scatter out in the early afternoon, favoring clear skies by
nightfall. North winds will increase to around 10kt today, then turn
more northeast tonight as they decrease to 5kt or less.
OUTLOOK...Thunderstorms and MVFR to IFR conditions are possible
Wednesday through Friday.
