...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EDT TODAY...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northwest Ohio, including the following
counties, Defiance, Fulton OH and Williams.
* WHEN...Until noon EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 901 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Bryan, Stryker, Farmer and Williams Center.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
