...TROPICAL STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT...
* WHAT...Easterly to southerly winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to
50 kt and seas 12 to 17 ft. Strongest winds will occur over the
open Gulf waters.
* WHERE...Portions of the coastal waters of Alabama and
northwest Florida.
* WHEN...Tropical Storm force winds will remain possible through
the morning.
* IMPACTS...Tropical storm force winds and hazardous seas will
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.
