...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM THIS
AFTERNOON TO 10 AM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Snow showers expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 2
  inches are forecast, except localized 2 to 4 inch accumulations at
  elevations above 2,000 feet on and adjacent to Big Black Mountain.

* WHERE...Harlan and Letcher Counties.

* WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Wednesday evening commute at higher
  elevations and the Thursday morning commute in all portions of the
  advisory area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High elevation snow showers and low elevation
  rain showers will develop this afternoon. Expect snow levels to
  fall through the evening, reaching the valley floors by around 8
  PM EST.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road
