...PATCHY BLACK ICE IS POSSIBLE THIS MORNING...

Patchy black ice is possible this morning, as temperatures have
fallen below freezing. Moisture remaining from yesterday's rain is
refreezing, creating slick conditions on untreated surfaces like
sidewalks, driveways, and bridges. Conditions will improve later
this morning as temperatures rise above freezing.

Motorist and pedestrians should use caution. Reduce speed, allow 
extra time, and be prepared for areas of slippery travel.
