.DISCUSSION...
Issued at 321 AM EDT Wed Oct 29 2025

A rather complex setup is underway in the upper level with water
vapor images depicting a W moving upper low accompanied by very dry
air in the lower levels (Dewpoints in the low to mid 30s) and a cool
E flow. This feature will begin to interact and phase with another
upper low diving through western MO with a surface low eventually
deepening and tracking from the MO Boothill to central TN and then
eastern OH by 18Z Thu. Dry conditions should hold through 00Z Thu
with increasing lift arriving into locations SE of I-69 mainly in
the 06-18Z Thu window. A tight gradient in rainfall will be
established with areas to the NW of I-69 seeing little or no
rainfall through 00Z Fri. Overall QPF looks to be on the order of a
few hundredths along I-69 be just over a quarter inch towards Lima.

As the low moves NE, a NW flow will setup across Lk MI with delta
T's in the mid teens aiding in lake enhanced cloud development and
possibly some light rain showers Friday into the weekend.

.AVIATION /12Z TAFS THROUGH 12Z THURSDAY/...
Issued at 620 AM EDT Wed Oct 29 2025

Majority of the period will feature VFR conditions with winds
once again picking up during peak heating. A band of light rain
and lower cigs will take shape to the S of KFWA and eventually
pivot into NW Ohio and portions of NE and east central IN.
Confidence on impacts at KFWA remain low as the site will be on
the edge of the deeper moisture and lift. While lower flight
conditions are possible, opted to go with MVFR cigs around 5Z
Thu for the time being.
