* WHAT...For the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water levels.
  For the Small Craft Advisory, west winds 20 to 25 knots and
  waves 2 to 5 feet. For the Gale Warning, west gales to 35 knots
  with gusts up to 40 knots and waves 3 to 6 feet expected.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from The Islands to
  Vermilion OH.

* WHEN...For the Low Water Advisory, until 11 PM EDT this
  evening. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 AM EDT this
  morning. For the Gale Warning, from 8 AM this morning to 11 PM
  EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Below normal
  water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong southwesterly to westerly winds will
  cause water levels to fall below the critical mark for safe
  navigation which is one inch below low water datum. Water levels
  are expected to fall to a foot or more below low water datum
  this afternoon. Water levels are forecasted to return above the
  critical mark on Wednesday night.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
