* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
* WHERE...Allen OH, Defiance, Henry, Paulding, and Putnam Counties.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Visibilities are expected to drop to one quarter of a mile or less.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rapid deterioration in visibilities is
possible across short distances. Be alert for rapidly changing
visibilities.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
