* WHAT...West winds 15 to 20 knots and waves 1 to 3 feet.
* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Maumee Bay to
Vermilion OH.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water levels in the western basin will
continue to rise above 14 inches above low water datum, which
is the critical mark for safe navigation.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
