...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WHITE COUNTY THROUGH 800 PM
EDT...
At 726 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms 7 miles south of Wolcott, or 10 miles southeast of
Remington, moving northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Monticello, Monon, Brookston, Wolcott, Reynolds, Chalmers, Badger
Grove, Smithson, Lee, Golden Hill, Indiana Beach, Norway, Cedar
Point, and Buffalo.
This includes Interstate 65 between mile markers 185 and 198.
