At 1021 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
capable of producing funnel clouds over Port Allen, moving north at
10 mph.
HAZARD...Funnel clouds and winds in excess of 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...If a funnel cloud briefly touches down, minor damage to
outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds could knock down
tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Port Allen and Baton Rouge.
This includes the following Interstates...
Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 150 and 156.
Interstate 110 in Louisiana near mile marker 1.
