...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 PM CDT THIS
AFTERNOON FOR NORTHEASTERN JEFFERSON, SOUTHWESTERN ORLEANS AND
WESTERN ST. BERNARD PARISHES...

At 333 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have
fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  New Orleans, Harvey, Chalmette, Marrero, Gretna, Terrytown, Arabi,
  Woodmere and Estelle.

This includes the following Interstate...
Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 236 and 237.
