Mississippi River at Hickman and New Madrid.
.The Mississippi River at Hickman and New Madrid is cresting, will
hold fairly steady through mid week, then it will begin a slow fall.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
