THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Moderate to significant coastal flooding possible.

* WHERE...In Louisiana, Lower St. Bernard, Southeast St. Tammany
  and Eastern Orleans Parishes. In Mississippi, Southern Hancock
  County.

* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Warning, from 10 AM this morning
  to 7 PM CDT this evening. For the Coastal Flood Watch, from
  this evening through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property
  including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure
  will be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. If
travel is required, do not drive around barricades or through
water of unknown depth.

  Lower Lafourche, Coastal Jefferson Parish, Lower Plaquemines,
  Southwestern St. Tammany, Lower Tangipahoa and Southern
  Livingston Parishes. In Mississippi, Southern Harrison and
