...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Kentucky, including the following 
  counties, Anderson, Boyle, Bullitt, Franklin, Hardin, Jefferson, 
  Larue, Marion, Mercer, Nelson, Shelby, Spencer, Taylor, Washington 
  and Woodford.

* WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams 
  continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 842 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in
    the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly. Between 4.5 and 5.5 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in
    the warned area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Bardstown, Shepherdsville, Lawrenceburg, Harrodsburg,
    Lebanon, Springfield, Pioneer Village, Taylorsville, Mount
    Washington and Ballard.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
