lowlands near the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:15 AM CST Tuesday the stage was 17.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
just after midnight tonight to a crest of 18.5 feet early
tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early
Friday morning.
- Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
