expected.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST on Thursday morning
* IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, Low lying roads flood. Manchester street
floods.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 12:00 AM EST Wednesday the stage was 26.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is receding and should fall to around
19.6 feet at 7 PM EST this evening and continue to recede
into the upcoming weekend.
- Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
