...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT DEFIANCE AND PAULDING COUNTIES
THROUGH 230 PM EDT...
At 156 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles east of Hicksville to near Paulding to
near Payne. Movement was northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Defiance, Paulding, Payne, Ney, Melrose, Latty, Cecil, Broughton,
Evansport, Worstville, Jewell, Arthur, Charloe, Tipton, Ayersville,
The Bend, Brunersburg, Mark Center, and Briceton.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
