...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 900 PM EDT...

For the following areas...
Nearshore and Open waters from Willowick OH to Ripley NY...

At 712 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 22 nm north of Ashtabula to 6 nm north of
Geneva-On-The-Lake to Willowick, moving northeast at 40 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
         suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Ashtabula and Erie.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
