This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a portion of eastern Kentucky.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

A strong winter storm will impact the area with significant snow,
sleet, and freezing rain. Significant amounts of freezing rain and
snow are forecast.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Light snow accumulations are expected on Monday into Monday night.

Very cold air will move into the region after the winter storm
passes. This will result in wind chills near or below zero for some
locations by dawn on Thursday.

Light snow accumulations will be possible Friday into Saturday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will be needed for winter storm reports today
into Monday night.
