COUNTIES...

At 932 PM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located near
Jeffersonville, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Flash freeze on roads. Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty 
         winds leading to blowing snow and visibility rapidly 
         falling to less than one-quarter mile. Wind gusts up to 35 
         mph.

SOURCE...Radar and webcams.

IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous 
         within minutes.

This includes I-71 in Ohio between mile markers 56 and 92.
 
Locations impacted include...
Washington Court House, Mount Sterling, Jeffersonville, Bloomingburg,
New Holland, South Solon, Midway, Bowersville, Port William,
Milledgeville, Octa, Deer Creek Lake, Chenoweth, Interstate 71 at
State Route 38, Derby, Rosemoor, State Route 207 at US Route 22,
Madison Mills, Bookwalter, and Big Plain.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow Down! Be prepared for sudden loss of traction and rapid changes
in visibility. Wet roadways will quickly freeze. Black ice will cause
roads, bridges and overpasses to become slick and dangerous.

Do not stand along or near the roadway if you are in an accident.
Quickly exit your vehicle and move as far away from the roadway as
possible ONLY when it is safe to do so.
