* WHERE...In Louisiana, Lower Plaquemines, Lower St. Bernard,
  Southeast St. Tammany and Eastern Orleans Parishes. In
  Mississippi, Southern Hancock County.

* WHEN...For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, from 9 PM this
  evening to 10 AM CST Sunday. For the second Coastal Flood
  Advisory, from 9 PM Sunday to 9 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only
  isolated road closures expected.
