At 208 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Sebastian, or 8 miles southeast of Booneville, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Hazard, Hindman, Buckhorn, Elic, Buck, Blake, Vail, Southfork,
Emmalena, Cowcreek, Tyner, Bearville, Privett, Shepherdtown, Valjean,
Taff, Haddix, Herd, Arnett, and Tina.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...
 Hal Rogers Parkway between mile markers 57 and 59.
 Kentucky Highway 80 in Knott County between mile markers 1 and 8.
 Kentucky Highway 80 in Perry County between mile markers 9 and 15.
