* WHAT...Tonight's forecast lows are 27 to 32 for most locations. 
  However, many ridges will only fall to the mid 30s, but could 
  still have frost.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, south central, and 
  southeast Kentucky.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other 
  sensitive vegetation, and possibly damage unprotected outdoor 
  plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Frost is most likely in valley locations and
