- Above normal temperatures and dry weather again on Sunday.
- A cold front late Sunday will bring much cooler temperatures
for next week.

Surface high pressure and quiet weather conditions will continue to
the rule across the area through the upcoming week! A dry cold
front will pass through the area Sunday afternoon/Sunday night
allowing for much cooler conditions and even less humidity. Aloft, a
troughing pattern will linger over/near the area keeping northwest
flow aloft. These features will keep much cooler weather in place
for much of the week. The aforementioned trough will shift gradually
eastward through mid week as ridging builds across the CONUS for the
mid to end of the week. That will lead to only a gradual warming of
temperatures late in the week.
After one more day in the 80s on Sunday, expect highs to cool to the
low to mid 70s for most of the week. Lows will drop in the 40s to
around 50 degrees!!!

VFR conditions can be expected through much of this TAF
issuance. CGI may see some ground fog development again late
tonight into early Sunday morning before quickly burning off at
