Water over roadways.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 648 PM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Murray, Mayfield, Fulton, Hickman, Clinton, Sedalia, Lynnville, Fulgham, Cayce, Wingo, Hazel, Arlington, Water Valley, Columbus, Harris Grove, Kirksey, New Concord and Boundurant.PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
