COUNTY THROUGH 530 PM EDT...
At 454 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 8 miles west of
Lucasville, moving east at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning
is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Portsmouth, Rosemount, Clarktown, Lucasville, Otway, Lombardsville,
Mcdermott, Mount Joy, Bear Creek, and West Portsmouth.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
