* Until 1030 AM EDT.

* At 1005 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Tollesboro,
  moving east at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Vanceburg, Camp Dix, Tollesboro, Rome, Sandy Springs, Buena Vista
  in Scioto County, Saint Paul, Carrs, Tannery, Kinniconick,
