  Southeastern Brown County in southwestern Ohio...
  Southern Adams County in south central Ohio...
  Southwestern Scioto County in south central Ohio...

* Until 415 AM EDT.

* At 318 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Manchester to Craintown, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Maysville, Washington, West Union, Manchester, Aberdeen, Vanceburg,
  Lewisburg, Head of Grassy, Camp Dix, Tollesboro, Rome, Blue Creek,
  Otway, Concord, Trinity, Bradysville, Mays Lick, Kinniconick,
  Rectorville, and Epworth.
