Added river valley fog for tonight, otherwise nothing significant.

.KEY MESSAGES...
1) A stretch of dry weather and seasonably cool temperatures can be
expected through the weekend before temperatures start to warm back
up next week.

.DISCUSSION...
KEY MESSAGE 1)
Drier mid level air will advect into the region from east to west and
break up cloud cover this afternoon, starting at the issuance of this
product in central Ohio and then working its way westward, reaching
the OH/IN/KY border by early evening. This will be the start of a
prolonged stretch of drier weather.
While T/Td spread looks to be unfavorable for fog overnight tonight,
the dry air that will be in place will permit radiational cooling
over sheltered areas, in particular river valleys. Do not see this
lasting long or being overly dense attm, but future shifts will need
to look closer at later models to discern this threat.
Synoptically, the Ohio Valley remains on the western periphery of an
upper level trough, which is driving the cooler/cloudier pattern. We
will begin to see a large cut off low develop along the Atlantic
Coast, creating a blocking pattern through the weekend. This will
result in a fairly stagnant weather pattern through the next several
days, with a constant advection of some drier air out of the NE.
Thus, a much needed stretch of drier weather conditions are expected,
along with temperatures that will trend below seasonal normals.

.AVIATION /00Z FRIDAY THROUGH TUESDAY/...
MVFR cigs across our southwest will continue to erode away early in
the period with mostly clear skies expected overnight. Northeast
winds will likely stay up a bit overnight but with clear skies, some
river valley fog will be possible if the valleys are able to
decouple. With this potential, will allow for some MVFR to LIFR vsby
restrictions at KLUK late tonight into early Friday morning.
Otherwise, expect VFR conditions to prevail.
OUTLOOK...No significant weather is expected.
