...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Indiana...

  Wabash River at Covington.

  Wabash River at Montezuma.

  Wabash River at Lafayette.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana...

  Tippecanoe River near Delphi.

.Minor flooding ongoing along the Tippecanoe and Upper Wabash River
from prior heavy rainfall from Beryl remnants will continue through
this afternoon and could lengthen or redevelop from additional
thunderstorm
rainfall yesterday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

The next statement should be issued this evening by around 800 PM
EDT.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wabash River at Covington.

* WHEN...Until late tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 17.5 feet, Some low agricultural fields flood. 
  Backyard flood of cottages a short distance north of U.S. Highway
  136.  High water blocks land access to at least one residence.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:45 AM EDT Friday the stage was 17.3 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:45 AM EDT Friday was 17.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.4
    feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late
    tomorrow morning.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

  overtopped.  Fourteen hundred acres of low bottomlands flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:45 AM EDT Friday the stage was 15.7 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:45 AM EDT Friday was 15.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.7
    feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    late Sunday morning.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

    stage.
