1) Thunderstorms chances end Cooler and drier weather follows a cold
frontal passage today.

.DISCUSSION...
KEY MESSAGE 1)
Northwest flow aloft with an embedded disturbance dropping from the
Great Lakes thru the Ohio Valley. Associated surface cold front to
sweep south thru the region this morning. Moderate instability
ahead of this front is supporting the development of clusters of
thunderstorms. These storms may produce isolated strong wind gusts
and small hail. As the night progresses these storms will become
more elevated and the threat for severe weather decreases.
A cold front will sweep southeast through our local area this morning
and winds will shift to the northwesterly winds and low clouds
scattered out this afternoon. Temperatures look to be closer to
normal today with highs generally in the lower and middle 80s.
High pressure will offer cooler and drier conditions thru most of the
week. Temperatures will be a bit below normal through at least
Thursday and potentially into Friday.

.AVIATION /10Z TUESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY/...
Main cluster of storms that affected the Central Ohio TAF sites is
shifting off to the southeast. Surface cold front in the I-70
corridor will push south thru the TAF sites this morning. Scattered
showers and perhaps a thunderstorm could affect the southern TAF
sites early prior to frontal passage. A period of MVFR to IFR
clouds will affect the terminals along and behind the cold front thru
at least mid morning. Ceilings will improve and clouds scatter out
with VFR conditions this afternoon into tonight.
Southwest winds around 10 kts shift to the northwest at 10-15 kts
this morning with gusts of 20-25kts during the day before decreasing
to less than 10 kts early this evening.
OUTLOOK...Significant weather is not expected.
