TONIGHT...
This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a portion of eastern Kentucky.
.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.
Thunderstorms are expected, especially this afternoon and evening.
Some of these thunderstorms could be severe, with damaging winds
being the primary threat. However, isolated tornadoes and hail are
also possible. These storms will also produce torrential downpours
and could result in swaths of heavy rainfall, leading to isolated to
scattered instances of flash flooding.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
Thunderstorms are possible on Wednesday, mainly for locations to the
south of the Mountain Parkway and these could produce torrential
downpours and locally heavy rainfall.
Thunderstorms are also possible times at times from Friday afternoon
through Monday.
.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotters are encouraged to report any instances of heavy rain, high
water, flash flooding, wind damage, and/or hail that occur today or
tonight.
