* At 713 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Vermilion,
  moving southeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Lorain, Elyria, Vermilion, Western Vermilion, North Ridgeville,
  Amherst, Grafton, Eaton, Oberlin, Sheffield, Lagrange, South
  Amherst, and Eaton Estates.
