...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN GEORGE AND EASTERN
STONE COUNTIES THROUGH 715 PM CDT...
At 623 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles northwest of Wade, or 13 miles south of Lucedale, moving west
at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern George
and eastern Stone Counties.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
