The Flood Warning will expire at noon EDT today for a portion of 
central Kentucky, including the following areas, Anderson, Bourbon, 
Fayette, Franklin, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Scott, Shelby, 
Washington and Woodford.

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no 
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining 
road closures.
