northwest of Fairport Harbor, moving west at 5 knots.
HAZARD...Waterspouts.
SOURCE...Trained spotter. At 854, waterspouts were reported 2
miles off-shore at Madision Township Park.
IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas.
