At 806 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Mummie, or near McKee, moving southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
McKee, Booneville, Turin, Travellers Rest, Blake, Southfork, Zekes
Point, Cowcreek, Shop Branch, Maulden, Mummie, Treadway, Tyner,
Privett, Bradshaw, Chestnut Gap, Barcreek, Scoville, Hurley, and
Settle Store.
