  Southern Bristol MA, Southern Plymouth MA, Suffolk MA, Western 
  Essex MA, Western Norfolk MA and Western Plymouth MA and Rhode 
  Island, including the following areas, Bristol RI and Newport RI.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM EDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
