...The National Weather Service in Jackson has issued a Flood
Advisory for the following rivers in Kentucky...

  Licking River near Salyersville affecting Magoffin County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

The next statement will be issued Sunday morning at 745 AM EDT.

...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING TO LATE SUNDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Elevated river levels caused by excessive rainfall are
  expected.

* WHERE...Licking River near Salyersville.

* WHEN...From this evening to late Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Water inundates one lane of Kentucky
  Highway 1090 in a few places near Lakeville.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 15.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to crest around 15.3 feet
    late this evening, then fall back below 14.0 feet Sunday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
