...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1230 AM EDT 
FOR EASTERN CARROLL, COLUMBIANA, HARRISON, JEFFERSON OH, BROOKE AND 
HANCOCK COUNTIES...

At 1205 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 
over Lisbon to 7 miles south of St. Clairsville, or along a line 
from 11 miles southwest of Columbiana to 7 miles south of St. 
Clairsville, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Weirton, Steubenville, Salem, East Liverpool, Columbiana, East 
  Palestine, Wellsville, Cadiz, Wellsburg, Toronto, Calcutta,
