Big Muddy River near Murphysboro.
.The river continues to fall at Murphysboro, and is forecast to fall
below flood stage Thursday morning.
For the Big Muddy River...including Murphysboro...Minor flooding is
forecast.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Minor flooding occurs affecting mainly low
lying areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 22.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late tonight and continue falling to 15.7 feet Wednesday,
April 30.
- Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
